Terms of Introduction

How PSTORA sits in relation to the contracts that follow from an introduction. Read this alongside the Associate Enrolment & Working Terms and your individual Commercial Schedule.

PSTORA is an introducer only. It is not a party, between the contracting parties, to any supplier contract with Associates or their introductions, and it has no liability whatsoever for issues under those contracts. Full exclusions apply, unless specific terms between PSTORA and a contracting party are otherwise agreed in writing.

PSTORA acts solely as an introducer

PSTORA Limited provides a Front Desk and Associate platform. Our role is to receive a B2B Opportunity, evaluate it, attribute it, match it with a suitable Supplier or other counterparty, manage the introduction and administer the payments and shares that arise for us.

We do not supply the goods or services, do not underwrite the supplier relationship, and do not act as agent, broker, arranger or representative for any Supplier, investor or other third party unless we have expressly agreed that in writing.

Not a party to your contracts

PSTORA is not a party, between the contracting parties, to any supplier contract entered into by an Associate or by anyone an Associate has introduced, and is not a party to any other contract that follows from an introduction made through PSTORA.

The contract is solely between the Associate (or the introduced party) and the other contracting party. Each of them is solely responsible for negotiating, entering into, performing, varying and terminating that contract, and for any claim arising under it.

No liability for issues under those contracts

PSTORA has no liability whatsoever for any issue under those contracts. This includes, without limitation, any failure or delay in performance, quality, fitness for purpose, compliance, misdescription, defect, misrepresentation, breach of contract, negligence, data loss, business interruption, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any other loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.

Full exclusions apply. Nothing that PSTORA says, publishes, forwards, evaluates or summarises — including any AI-assisted readiness review, partner description, indicative figure or tracking reference — is a warranty, guarantee, representation or contractual term in respect of any third-party contract, and nothing creates any duty of care towards any party to it.

Written terms agreed between PSTORA and a contracting party

These exclusions do not apply to the extent that specific terms between PSTORA and a contracting party have otherwise been agreed in writing. Only a written agreement between PSTORA and that party can vary this position, and only to the extent that writing says.

Your position and your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for reviewing any supplier or investor terms before you or anyone you introduce commits, for obtaining your own legal, tax and regulatory advice, and for confirming that the counterparty is suitable and authorised for what it offers.

You must not present PSTORA as the supplier, guarantor or underwriter of anything, and must not give assurances on our behalf about price, service levels, timings or outcomes. Any reward, Growth Share or Affiliate Commission is payable only when the agreed commercial conditions are met under the Associate Terms and your individual Commercial Schedule.

No promise of outcomes

Registering a B2B Opportunity or making an introduction does not guarantee any opportunity, transaction, contract, approval or income. Registration does not by itself activate Associate status, which requires HQ approval, due diligence, acceptance of the Associate Terms, an agreed Commercial Schedule and written activation.
